Pitched to X and discussed the potential acquisition
OUTCOME
In July 2023, I had an amazing opportunity to work at Boba Labs as the product designer for OpenAsk, a paid social Q&A Marketplace with a unique “ask to earn” and “answer to earn” model. As the only designer on the team, I had the chance to lead the redesign across various platforms, including web, mobile web, and app.
The dynamic nature of the startup meant I wore multiple hats, from design to product strategy and even business development. After a fast-paced three-month redesign of OpenAsk, I had an unbelievable chance to meet James Musk and Andrew Musk at the X (Twitter) HQ, discussing creator economy monetization and potential acquisition.
While the result of the acquisition remains unknown, the journey of OpenAsk continues.

PITCH PRESENTATION HIGHLIGHTS
If you're curious about the backstory of OpenAsk, here's a video that explains the challenges creators face today. It shows how both creators and users can monetize through Q&A, which involves the 'ask to earn' and 'earn to ask' concepts.
This video is a segment from our presentation to X, where I was responsible for the script and for guiding the overall visual elements.
